Anxiety disorders
If you have an anxiety disorder, you may already be aware of your great creativity. You might unwillingly demonstrate your creativity during times of fear and worry, by constructing exaggerated, overblown worst-case scenarios in your head.
A person with an anxiety disorder simply has to channel his or her anxiety into more creative outlets. By painting or writing during peak moments of anxiety, for example, he or she might be able to transfer the anxious creativity into an artistic form free of worry.
A person with an anxiety disorder often overanalyzes everyday situations, causing fear. Fortunately, though, analyzing situations to the point of excessive detail can be a great aid for writing, drawing, or even debugging one's own computer programs.
